The procedural nightmare presented by these cases is aggravated by the absence of a complete transcript of the proceedings in the Trial Court. The parties made several attempts to obtain a transcript. An order was obtained from the Court of Appeals requiring the court reporter to produce the transcript; it later ordered the seizure of the court reporter's stenotype tapes and notes, but the transcription...
