Anthony and Marie Bieganek sue for damages allegedly suffered because of commodities fraud by the defendants. Their ten-count amended complaint includes claims under the Commodities Exchange Act ("CEA"), 7 U.S.C. § 1 et seq., the Racketeer Influenced and Corrput Organizations Act ("RICO"), 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq., as well as pendent common law claims for fraud and conversion.
