These are appeals by Darrell Cox and Phyllis M. Sweeting1 (Petitioners) from determinations of the Commissioner of the Pennsylvania State Police (Commissioner) to dismiss Petitioners from employment. Petitioners were probationary state troopers at the time of their discharges.
