OPINION ON APPELLANT'S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

This is an appeal from the conviction of kidnapping. See V.T.C.A. Penal Code, Sec. 20.03. Trial was before the court, which assessed punishment at six years. The First Court of Appeals (Houston) held, inter alia, that the trial court did not err in overruling appellant's motion to quash the indictment. Reynolds v. State, 679 S.W.2d 715
