Robert Taylor was charged and convicted of six counts of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 13411 and one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. On appeal, he contends that the evidence was insufficient to convict him on any count. We agree; we vacate the judgment of conviction.
