Defendant appeals from a judgment entered in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, awarding plaintiff damages in a multi-count action seeking recovery for the unauthorized taking and damaging of plaintiff's automobile. At trial, the case was submitted to the jury on one count of trespass and one count of conversion. The jury returned a verdict for plaintiff in the amount of $2,100 in actual damages...
