This is a suit for damages arising from the death of plaintiffs' husband and father, Percy J. Tillotson, Sr. From a trial court judgment granting directed verdicts in favor of defendants, State of Louisiana, Office of State Police and East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office and its insured, American Druggists' Insurance Company, plaintiffs appeal. For the following reasons, we agree and affirm.
