This appeal arises from a decision of the superior court concluding that the City of Homer violated the Campbells' right to due process of law guaranteed them by the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution and Article I, § 7 of the Alaska Constitution when the City met and rescinded the Campbells' contract zoning without providing them notice of the meetings and actions proposed to be taken.
