Appellants, Diana Jean Vanderkamp and Jan Tina Marie Vanderkamp, were found guilty by a jury of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. The jury fixed Diana's sentence at one year in the county jail and a $1000.00 fine. Jan Tina's sentence was fixed at 30 days in the county jail and a $500.00 fine.
