Appellant was convicted of aggravated possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Punishment was assessed at 12 years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. In an unpublished opinion, the Dallas Court of Appeals reversed the conviction, holding that the trial court's charge did not instruct the jury as to the application of the law of parties to the facts...
