This is a Rule 5, A.R.A.P., interlocutory appeal by the defendants from an order denying their motions for partial summary judgment in an action for damages based on injuries allegedly caused by the plaintiff's employment-related exposure to cotton fibers and resulting development of byssinosis. The sole issue presented is whether the plaintiff is barred from claiming damages for those injuries caused by exposure to cotton fibers more than one year...
