FENDER, Chief Justice.

Billy Neil Baker appeals from an order modifying a previous order to make child support payments to Frankie Ann Baker for the benefit of their daughter. Trial was to the court which ordered the payments increased to $300.00 per month and withheld from appellant's wages. Appellant complains that the court abused its discretion 1) in finding or failing to find a material and substantial change in the circumstances of the parties...
