In the Matter of LOCAL COURT RULES.

PER CURIAM.

Rule 83 of the Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure provides that trial courts may prescribe local rules which are not in conflict with the rules of civil procedure. It further provides that local rules do not become effective until they have been filed with the Clerk of the Arkansas Supreme Court. Until now, we have permitted local rules to be filed without scrutiny by us.
