In this appeal, we must determine whether an obligation incurred because of the failure to pay court-ordered support is dischargeable in bankruptcy where the support order was not explicitly embodied in "a separation agreement, divorce decree, or property settlement agreement," the language of the bankruptcy statute then in effect, 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(5) (1978).
