This is an action for conversion of cattle allegedly subject to a security agreement. Plaintiff, Ozark Production Credit Association, brought the action against defendants who held eighty-eight head of cattle which had been previously delivered to Mr. and Mrs. Billy Walden, borrowers-debtors of plaintiff, and subsequently repossessed by defendants from Mr. Morris Bough. A jury trial resulted in verdicts for defendants, plaintiff's motion...
