Kazue Inui Stubbe appeals from an order of the trial court quashing her application for writ of garnishment. The United States of America was the garnishee in this action. This appeal is limited to the question of whether a former wife of a retired military man may garnish the latter's military retirement pay to satisfy a judgment for arrearages in spousal support payable under an agreement incident to divorce.
