We grant the Appellant's motion for rehearing, withdraw our prior opinion on motion in this case, and the following is our opinion on motion.

The Appellants have filed a motion to extend the time for filing the transcript and statement of facts in this case. The Appellants' motion for new trial was overruled as a matter of law on August 5, 1986. The cost bond for appeal was timely filed on August 20, 1986...
