Jim Aron appeals from a judgment in the sum of five thousand three hundred forty-seven dollars twenty-four cents ($5,347.24), entered against him by the Circuit Court of Calhoun County in favor of Panola-Quitman Grain Corporation (Panola-Quitman), on a motion for directed verdict. The sole question presented is whether or not the lower court erred in granting the directed verdict.
