OPINION
BENAVIDES, Justice.
This is an appeal from a trial court order allowing various charitable trust indentures to be revoked in order to permit the trustee bank to distribute funds to the trust beneficiaries. Christopher Gregory, neither a beneficiary, member of the board of the Foundation, nor a trustee, appeals claiming that the trial court lacked jurisdiction, that he was a necessary party to the action, and that the judgment was based upon erroneous...
