BRYNER, Chief Judge.

Kenneth Wayne Clifton was convicted of one count of first-degree murder, AS 11.41.100(a)(1), and one count of misconduct involving weapons in the third degree, AS 11.61.220(a)(1). Superior Court Judge James A. Hanson sentenced Clifton to concurrent terms of sixty years' and ninety days' imprisonment. Clifton appeals, contending that the indictment against him was flawed due to the state's failure to present exculpatory evidence...
