Adon Jaramillo was sentenced under an ordinance of the City of Green River which authorizes enhanced punishment for a subsequent conviction of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. The only issue to be determined in this case is whether Jaramillo was entitled to have the question of his prior conviction submitted to the jury.
