The sole issue presented by this appeal is the correctness of the trial court's granting of a motion for a directed verdict and dismissal of plaintiff's suit.

This appeal is from a judgment dismissing the plaintiff's suit in a jury case on a motion for a directed verdict filed at the close of plaintiff's case in chief. Leonor Martinez Roy (hereinafter referred to as plaintiff) filed suit to recover damages to her residence and for her inconvenience...
