Defendants, Raymond D. McCue and Kenneth James Gossage, were charged by bill of information with the attempted second degree murder of Ronald Wayne Wiggins in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:27 and 14:30.1.1 Defendants pled not guilty, were tried by jury, and found guilty as charged. The trial court sentenced each defendant to serve twelve years imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence...
