MORRISON, Justice.

Defendant, Patrick Cain, appeals his conviction of the offense of theft following a jury trial in the Seventh Judicial District Court, County of Dawson. We affirm the conviction.

On November 15, 1984, defendant and Burl Keith Hunter were arrested and charged with the theft of approximately $19,000 worth of drilling bits from Security Bits of Glendive, Montana. Hunter pled guilty. Cain pled not guilty, claiming that he was unaware of any...
