Stephens appeals from the judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, DeMascio, J., granting defendant-appellee Norfolk and Western Railway Company's Motion for Summary Judgment, dismissing appellant's claim of violations by appellee of the Michigan Handicapper's Civil Rights Act, Mich. Comp.Laws § 37.1101 et seq.
