Evelyn Hart appeals from the judgment of the district court finding her ineligible for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits. Under the Home Reinvestment Regulation, SSI recipients are able to sell their homes without jeopardizing their SSI eligibility if, within three months of receipt, they reinvest the proceeds from the sale into a replacement home.
