BENAVIDES, Justice.

This is an appeal from a suit on a letter of credit. Shuford Mills, appellee, brought suit against First State Bank of Corpus Christi, appellant, for wrongful dishonor of a letter of credit. The trial court granted summary judgment for Shuford Mills. We affirm.
