This action was brought by plaintiff, Lil Gordy Uhrig, as the surviving widow of Maurice Uhrig, deceased, seeking the enforcement of an antenuptial agreement between her and the decedent. In the alternative she sought to avoid the same and to assert her statutory rights as a surviving spouse.
