This is an appeal from a judgment against appellant, Home Savings Association (HSA), and in favor of appellee, Louis Guerra, Sr. (Guerra). Guerra sued HSA and Modern Builders and Supply (MB & S) to recover for damages which were a result of a home solicitation transaction.
