Saule Schexneider (hereafter Schexneider) appeals the judgment of the trial court maintaining the defendant's, Edes Villejoin's (hereafter Villejoin), exception of 10 and 30 years acquisitive prescription of a disputed strip of land, and the establishment of the boundary line which gave Villejoin the entirety of the disputed property.
