United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit.

Decided January 8, 1986.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Richard J. Lesniak, East Chicago, Ind., for plaintiffs-appellants.

D. Kendall Griffith, Hinshaw, Culbertson, Moelman, Hoban & Fuller, Chicago, Ill., for defendants-appellees.

Before WOOD, CUDAHY and POSNER, Circuit Judges.
