This case raises the issue whether an offer of judgment made under AS 09.30.065 included costs and attorney's fees not expressly mentioned in the offer. The offerees filed a written notice of acceptance and moved to enforce the judgment requesting that costs and attorney's fees be awarded in addition to the $10,000 offered.
