FACTS

This is the second time that this contractual dispute has been before the court. The first case, Bubbel v. Wien Air Alaska, Inc., 682 P.2d 374 (Alaska 1984) (hereinafter cited as Bubbel I), arose because of a strike by pilots at Wien Air Alaska (Wien Air).
