KENNEDY, Circuit Judge:

Appellants, debtors Gary and Ruth Thompson, appeal the district court's affirmance of the bankruptcy court's grant of an administrative expense to respondents, IFG Leasing Company and Chase Commercial Corporation. We reverse and remand the case to the bankruptcy judge for further proceedings.
