This action was brought by Jerry Devillier and his wife against Jack McCarty, Louisiana AFL-CIO, McCarty's employer, and Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, automobile liability insurer of McCarty and Louisiana AFL-CIO. Basically, Devillier alleges he sustained personal injuries when his car, a 1970 Chrysler, was struck from the rear by a 1970 Buick driven by McCarty. Also originally named as co-defendants...
