Appellant was charged with indecency with a child. After finding appellant guilty, the jury assessed punishment, enhanced, at thirty years' confinement plus a $5,000 fine. Here, appellant brings grounds of error concerning the sufficiency of the evidence, the exclusion of evidence, the right to speedy trial, prosecutorial misconduct, and ineffective assistance of counsel.
