Sarkisian (Sarkisian) and Karen Sue Schmalzbach (Schmalzbach), the plaintiffs, arising out of a civil action for, inter alia, fraud and conversion that they commenced against the NewPaper, Inc. (NewPaper), and Tyler B. Davis, Jr. (Davis), the defendants.
