EDWARDS, Judge.

Defendant, John J. Bailey, was convicted of driving while intoxicated, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:98. He received a 90 day suspended sentence and was placed on active probation for two years with the condition that he pay a fine of $250 plus costs. Defendant was also convicted of failure to maintain control in violation of LSA-R.S. 32:58, and was sentenced to pay $100 plus costs, in default of which he will be required to serve 20 days in the parish...
