Appellant, Anthony Gaines, appeals from his conviction for burglary of a habitation. The jury found appellant guilty, and the trial judge assessed punishment at 60 years' confinement. Appellant does not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence, but brings one ground of error alleging the trial judge erred in correcting the jury charge after the prosecutor had begun closing argument to the jury.
