Claimant seeks review of a Workers' Compensation Board order which affirmed and adopted the referee's determination that surgery necessitated by claimant's degenerative disc disease was not compensable.

Claimant, a logger, injured his back at work in 1971 and 1972. By stipulation entered April, 1974, he received an award of 5 percent permanent partial disability. In August, 1974, he suffered yet another back injury. A claim for compensation...
