OPINION ON APPELLANT'S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

CLINTON, Judge.

A jury found appellant guilty of murder in killing another by shooting him with a shotgun; the trial court assessed punishment at confinement for a term of thirty years.
