This is a libel suit in which the plaintiffs appeal from a summary judgment that was entered in favor of the defendants. Appellants, who were the plaintiffs below, are: (1) Ruble Langston; (2) the Three L Trust, which sued through its trustee, Ruble Langston; (3) Trailite, Inc., a corporation which manufactured livestock trailers; and (4) Michael Luther, a shareholder and president of Trailite.1 Defendants...
