Lawrence E. Fallon, Jr., appellant, was convicted of possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance with Intent to Distribute, in violation of 63 O.S.1981, § 2401(B), Case No. CRF-83-11, in the District Court of Rogers County, before the Honorable Byron Ed Williams.
