This is an appeal from an order denying a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, following an action for damages on a complaint alleging wrongful eviction, breach of covenant of quiet enjoyment, and conversion of personalty. The challenged verdict was returned by a jury in an action against a real estate broker, Phoebea Queen, brought by Jeffrey Postell, the lessee of an apartment, and his wife Claudia Rowell.
