OPINION

McLEMORE, Special Judge.

In this worker's compensation case the Chancellor found that plaintiff's injuries which were incurred on June 3, 1982, were a result of her misconduct, and that her injuries did not arise out of and in the course and scope of her employment. The plaintiff has appealed.

The plaintiff has been employed as county supervisor for the Crockett County Office of the Northwest Tennessee...
