McMILLAN, Judge.

This appeal follows the conviction of the appellant for the offense of theft in the second degree, in violation of § 13A-8-4, Code of Alabama (1975), and a sentence of seventeen years' imprisonment. For the reasons outlined below, the decision of the trial court is due to be affirmed.
