This is an appeal from denial of post-conviction relief sought pursuant to Ark.R. Crim.P. 37. The appellant was, upon his plea of guilty, convicted of three counts of aggravated robbery and one count of failure to appear. His post-conviction petition alleged ineffective assistance of counsel and failure of the trial court to follow the provisions of Ark.R.Crim.P. 24.4, 24.5, 24.6, and 24.7 in accepting his guilty plea.
