Defendant, John Moseley, was prosecuted on the charge of assault in the first degree. He was convicted, in a jury trial, of the lesser-included offense of assault in the second degree. Pursuant to that verdict, he was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of five years and a fine of $2,000. On appeal he raises four allegations of error.
