Plaintiff, a former employee of the Hotel Inter-Continental Maui, alleges that the hotel's general manager, defendant Richter, "committed multiple sexual assaults and batteries upon Plaintiff and subjected her to sexual harassment during Plaintiff's working hours." As a result, she says, she was forced to resign her job. Plaintiff failed to file a complaint with the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations...
