The plaintiff, Mary Rowe, appeals from an order of the Superior Court (Cumberland County) granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants, Louise Bennett and the Diocesan Human Relations Services Incorporated (hereinafter DHRS), pursuant to Rule 56 of the Maine Rules of Civil Procedure.
